Payment Grace Periods and Other Rights
If you or your small business is experiencing financial hardship as a result of COVID-19, please know that payment grace periods and other rights have been issued in New York State for certain property/casualty and life insurance policies. These emergency regulations do not apply to the Commercial Lines coverage written on an excess lines insurance policy.
